Ad Account Activity Log: Now Available
We are excited to announce the release of the Ad Account Activity Log in Khoros Social Marketing. The activity tab in the ad account page gives users greater visibility into the actions that are taken on an ad account by users, the social networks, or Khoros.
What information does this page show?
The ad account activity log shows when the following actions are taken:
- Added
- Authenticated
- De-Authenticated
- Deleted
- Authenticated Facebook owner {first name, last name}
- This action appears when a user adds/authenticates an ad account for the first time or re-authenticates an existing ad account into Social Marketing. You can expect this action to appear in combination with or in place of the authenticate action.
The ad account activity log is not exportable at this time.
How do I get there?
Ad account activity log is located within the Administration section of the Khoros Social Marketing product.
To locate the Ad Account Activity Log, navigate to the profile button within Khoros Social Marketing > select Company Settings > navigate to “Ad Accounts” within the Account Management left panel and select “Activity.”
Do I need certain permissions to access?
Users with a Company Admin, Manager, or custom role with administrative rights are the only users who have access to this feature.
