Thanks for the additional colour deads. The new option to manually hide (one-at-a-time or a set of them in bulk) is in addition to the current, 30-day automatic hide-from-view option. Yes, the enhanced spam quarantine list will specify who marked a post a spam (system, user) and also provide an option to filter only the system-marked ones.
Also, in consideration are more efficient ways to (i) ban a user in the event of all-the-user's-content being marked as spam & (ii) marking all the content as spam if a certain user is banned.
