Analytics

Improved Promoted Post Analytics

We have added new features improving promoted post analytics, paid visibility, and overall data quality.

Due to API limitations, paid metrics are only available for promoted posts on Facebook and in a limited capacity for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter which leads to differences from native analytics. However, there are now Paid Metrics toggles in dashboards and side panels that combine post and ad metrics to fill in these paid gaps.

Social Channel Updates

LinkedIn Re-authentication

LinkedIn announced that they will be launching a new Community Management API and will be subsequently deprecating the legacy Community Management API by June 30, 2023. In preparation for this, we recommend that you re-authenticate all LinkedIn accounts prior to the end of June 2023 to ensure that there are no interruptions in LinkedIn service.

Pinterest Re-authentication

The Pinterest API is being upgraded in the near future and accounts will need to be re-authenticated after this upgrade in order to continue ingesting content and metrics into the Khoros platform. We will be sure to advise you when this change happens - keep an eye on the Resource Center and the Khoros Marketing Blog for more updates.

  • Resolved an issue that was causing the Plans section to be missing in the Filters area of the Calendar view.
  • In some cases when creating a post, the Rule-generated labels were incorrectly including labels from deleted rules. This has been fixed.
