Parshant I try to send message to user who disabled private messages. It's return cannot send message because they disabled private messages.
bongsakorn, Reference to your issue, I have also added similar idea related to the same issue here.
I found the case, send to multiple users that enable private messages. In the outbox no return "to" field.
