Event Description

What is the first thing you do when your phone is not working the way it should or when your computer is slower than usual? You Google it. And what are the first pages that you find in your results? Forums. That is why more and more of the world's top brands are starting to launch their own forums – not only for SEO purposes, but also to be able to provide customers with a better overall support experience.

 

Although community management was probably born in the videogames industry, it’s through its customer support function that community has grown and flourished during the past few years and is becoming more and more a key cornerstone to big businesses customer experience strategy.

 

Charlotte Kubler, Senior Consultant at Lithium Technologies, has helped over 15 brands across Europe launch, manage and grow their support communities hosted on the Lithium platform. Passionate about measuring success, she has a tool belt full of tips and tricks that has helped her customers not only see a boost in engagement, but also increase their productivity, NPS, customer satisfaction as well as proven cost-savings through call-center reduction.
