Hiring: Associate Product Manager

Role: Associate Product Manager

Duration: 6 Months, possibly extend to full-time

We are looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to join our Digital Help-Learn-Community team! This role will be responsible for managing the ongoing growth and development of our community platform. This role will partner closely with multiple business stakeholders to deliver on important customer-facing experiences.

The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for:

  • Understanding Autodesk’s corporate goals and objectives and aligning Community projects to them.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business needs, reported issues, or feature requests to prioritize and
  • Outcome-oriented prioritization of projects and tasks around goals and customer value
  • Working closely with Sr. Product Manager and UX to document and define high-level requirements
  • Managing internal and external communications to keep stakeholders informed of status, changes in priorities and projects
  • Collecting and leveraging data and insights to guide and inform product decisions, integrating usability studies, customer feedback, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customers satisfaction
  • Working closely with design, engineering, QA, and analytics to refine, test and build and deliver experiences

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner, program manager working on a customer facing product or role
  • Solid understanding and experience of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proficient in analyzing and understanding data with experience making recommendations/ decisions based on that data
  • Proficient in effectively communicating to a wide range of audiences including busines and technical in both written and oral form
  • Experience with research including customer research, competitive / industry trend analysis, technology trends
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Khoros / Community platform knowledge and experience a plus
  • Outcome-oriented strategic professional with strong communication and analytical skills
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
  • Driven by results and metrics
  • Self-starter with confidence to dive in and learn new solutions and processes
  • Solid technical and competitive landscape knowledge
