USANA Health Sciences is seeking a creative team player to join our social media team as a social media graphic designer. In this position, you will be responsible for all design-related materials which are shared on USANA’s social sites.
In this position essential role, you will manage visual campaigns every step of the way, from concept to writing/design. Your ability to be a proactive team player will be integral to your success. As you progress in this position, you will develop many invaluable relationships and skills.
A successful individual in this position will exemplify USANA’s core values and will be able to create on-brand designs for social sites at a quick pace.
Additional Essential Functions
Create and integrate social visuals into overall corporate campaigns
Coordinator with teams such as social media, digital marketing, creative services and field development to establish visually strong campaigns
Work inter-departmentally to streamline processes and keep pace with the speed of social media
Build and modify images for social sites and the corporate blog
Create regular content - short animations, video and designed illustrations for social sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and WordPress
Work with key digital teams to produce additional online materials such as social badges, surveys, customer recognitions pieces, infographics and other shareable content
Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferable in graphic design
2--3 years professional graphic design experience
2 years professional social media experience preferred
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
