I was searching and couldn't find anything, but was wondering if you guys used any FAQ templates for your SaaS? Like a common Lithium forum FAQ.
I don't fully understand the question, but the answer might be that Lithium is using it's own Knowledge Base / FAQ solution "Tribal Knowledge Base" here: http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/Support-Knowledge-Base/tkb-p/lisupport%40tkb
If you are referring to a default common help / FAQ: Yes, that's shipped with your Lithium community and you can also edit it to adapt to your community. You can find the Lithium community FAQ by following the "Help" link in the user navigation.
We provide out of the box FAQ templates with descriptions of Forums and other common features on our platform that comes with your community platform for your customers to use. Here is a link to the one the Lithosphere community:
You can edit every one of these templates usiing our Studio Text Editor to modify, add or remove any questions to the FAQ.
