Where is the chat function?

If you are referring to the option in your settings, I believe it could be something limited to customers and/or staff members only.



At lot can be gained by being an end-user...

No active chats currently exist on the community. There may have been in the past, but that would have been before my time!


You should no longer see settings for chats, which will hopefully help avoid confusion.
