I was just curious more than anything else, is there a way via Studio or Admin Console that we can remove the Product Association Logos/Images from showing up?
I currently don't have my Product Association Images available and instead of a placeholder image I wast thinking of editing the view of the product-snippet to not show the Product Image but only the Product Title when we tag a topic with a Product
Anybody else do this before?

@akashm You could try overriding that component to remove the image, but it could be even easier than that. Per this doc it says the components rely on the data provided by the catalog and if the catalog doesn't have the data, then the respective component wouldn't show. So perhaps you could test removing the image from the product catalog itself to see if the component doesn't show the image.
Hey @MohammedF thanks for you reply, that's what I thought but I see this weird look when I don't have a image data for my product catalog
See screenshot (discard the CSS alignment):
I want to enable rich product mentions but I don't want images to populate:
@akashm That's odd. I'd recommend creating a support ticket to investigate the placeholder issue. Meanwhile, you may also try overriding the OOTB component to remove the image from displaying.
Thanks @MohammedF so what exactly is the name of that component?
For the life of me I cannot find the right component to edit 😂
@akashm seems like it is called the product-snippet component. More info on that is here: https://community.khoros.com/t5/Products/Product-Mention-and-Association-workflows/ta-p/499755
Thanks @MohammedF , I did figure out it was called a product-snippet.
But, this component is not a studio component i.e. I don't see it as "thing" I can edit to not show images. (Apologies if I am asking basic questions)
Studio's page layout editor doesn't allow you to edit the quilts of certain built-in components. Only those pages and widgets that are deemed by Khoros to need to be editable are listed there. Seems the product snippet doesn't fall into this category.
The easiest solution I can think of would be simply slapping on a CSS styling to hide the image element of that snippet. Did you try that already?
Thanks @Claudius
I didn't do that 😅
But, I am 99% sure that will work.
Would have been awesome to do it via Studio but I guess not everything is available in Studio "yet".
Much appreciated, this should solve my query
