Disable notification for welcome email

We currently have a badge that all users receive upon registration. They receive a notification email, however, this is out of context and in addition to a platform welcome email.

Is it possible to suppress the notification of a single badge?

Hi @AbhishekIlindra, thanks for your reply, however the link just talks about editing the copy for email templates and nothing about notifications.

What I want to know is whether it's possible to disable notification for 1 specific badge type, in this case, the Welcome Badge. All other badges should trigger notifications as normal
