Find Users option in Private Message

Hi,

In Private Message we can able to see "Find Users" Page link . We can able to see this option in one of the environment but not on the other environment. Is there any admin setting need to enable to display this option.

Hi @AbhishekIlindra,

Its possible that the bulk messaging feature is not enabled on the 'other' environments which is why you are not seeing the 'Find Users' link. You have to raise a support ticket for enabling this feature.
