Situation:
You have old user, I mean user who have joined community for example 10 years ago. Time before GDPR, even time before @mentions. User have posted for example 5000 or 10 000 posts. Users have mentioned this user hundreds or thousand times, with or without @mention, in their posts. User have decided to leave the community, and this happens time before GDPR and right to be forgotten.
I have one example user who have joined our community several years ago, time when Khoros (Lithium) didn't have @mentions feature. And of course then we didnt have GDPR as well. Later on we got @mentions so there are posts without and with @mention.
User leaved the community and we deleted the user´s profile. If I remember correctly profile deletion deleted the profile and content remained. I think this was the case even before GDPR?
Later on GDPR came and I noticed accidentally that there are bunch of mentions of the user I spoke above. Most of them are without @mention, of course because they are posted when Khoros/Lithium didnt have @mentions back then. Some of the mentions are located in the quotes and they have @ mark before the username. ("@username wrote:")
This is long story but the question is that if you have old user with 10 000 posts and user have signed to your community several years ago, do you have some kind of automated process (script?) to delete all the posts where this user is mentioned? It is impossible to manually delete hundreds or even thousands mentions. Platform doesnt delete all the mentions automatically and it is hard for us.
I dont ask legal advices, just the best practices and workarounds, how do you handle this kind of situations?

Hi,
I am not sure this will fully answer your question, but Khoros supports the "Right to be Forgotten" requests at our portal here - for any customer or end user of a customer community.
You should be able to find it by clicking on "Subject Access Request"
Hope that helps!

Thanks. Does this mean that if some day we have this kind of request, that user with 10 000 posts wants to leave from our community I can send request to you to delete all the mentions (what aren't deleted automatically by the community platform)? If so this as great!
