Moderator flags missing

Hi!

Some time ago, moderator flags stopped working in our community. We have a team of 5 moderators and their job is currently very difficult. Does this issue affect all Khoros communities? Can you confirm if your moderators can still see colored bars next to topics with new, unverified posts?

Hi @maciejsniezek,

Users can enable/disable moderator flags in the Options menu, and this article on our community has more information about the steps to turn them on/off. However, styling issues could affect the moderator flags. If the user with the problem is a Moderator/Administrator who enabled moderator flags on the affected board, then filing a Support ticket for further investigation would be the best course of action.
