Hi all,
I want to report on how many replies we have in our community. We migrated over in 2019 and looking at the Metrics section in the admin, I see that we have all the new replies from when we went live reflected. But I don't see that we have everything we migrated over from our Jive community reflected here. I want tos ahre with executives how many replies are there to show when our audiences search for a topic, the responses they'll see pull from X total replies across Y posts in Z forums.
Since we migrated, I believe I can only see stats on new threads and replies from that date. It excludes many hundred of posts and more replies.
Is there any way to use community admin to get to a total count? Like the Forum replies report, but maybe that isn't working for us right because of our migrated content.
Thanks for any advice!
I'm having the same issue - analytics only seems to count what's new and ignores all the JX content. I hoping support can help.

Hoping they'll reply! We are exploring data queries to try to dig the detail out, looking here: developer.khoros.com
I know there are some quirks, but I can't remember all the details atm. I would think that once your data is in there, you can get to it. But, I also think that records only go back so far, i.e., you can only run 6 months at a time. I'm not sure who to tag in to ask, so you may want to file a support case to be sure.
One way to get all replies is to go to user reports and just run one that covers all time. When you total the replies column, it'll give you that number. But if you have hundreds of thousands of users, it's going to take a while to run and it's going to be a really big spreadsheet. You can limit the columns, though, by removing what you don't need for that report. Then just sum up the appropriate column. Clunky, but it should work.
There may be a more elegant solution, though.
