It’s the last Atlas highlights blog of the year, and I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who continues to be a part of this community.

Pledge 1% partners with Khoros

Pledge 1%, a global movement co-founded by Salesforce, Atlassian, and Rally, launches a Khoros-powered community to connect over 15,000 members across the globe

Khoros is thrilled to donate its resources to power Pledge 1%'s new online community, an interactive hub that will accelerate the growth of the movement and empower its members. 

In addition to being its technology partner, Khoros is also a Pledge 1% member supporting its corporate philanthropy movement. Diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility are at the core of Khoros' foundation. Over the past year, Khoros has emphasized elevating its efforts in these areas to ensure it remains one of the best places to work and the best representation of the communities, people, and brands it serves. 

Khoros and Opal Expand Trusted Partnership

ICYMI: We recently announced that we’ll be expanding our years-long partnership with Opal  to enable enterprise companies to work more efficiently and effectively across marketing channels. 

Opal let us know that they want to double-down on our relationship—one that values and is committed to customer-centric product development—and we’re excited to continue our work together.

Marketing

Instagram IGTV Format Update
On October 5th, 2021, Meta announced they’ve started rolling out a merging of Instagram TV (IGTV) videos with feed videos, to form a new “Instagram Video’ format. They are releasing this change on a rolled-out basis.

Improved Ad Filtering 
The Channel filter has been updated to include Instagram filtering.

Improvements to Analytics
Select All in Filters without scrolling to the bottom of the options, and Custom Metric limit increased to up to 20 overall custom metrics.

De-authentication email notification improvements
Going forward, social account de-authentication email notifications will be sent to respective users who have re-authenticated the account in the past 180 days. 

 

Care

Instagram Comment Threading is here!
We can now show you threaded (or nested) comments and replies on the platform so that you have full context on what users are talking about. 

Work Queue Visibility setting relocated
This reorganization provides better context around settings that impact agents' response capabilities versus how agents can work the conversation queue. 

Support for updating anonymous author handles
With this release, Agents and Admins can modify anonymous handles from the Author Information Panel. 

Care Analytics: Improved formatting for Survey Results widget
With this release, we’ve updated the look of the Survey Results widget that displays NPS and CSAT feedback data.

Developer Updates: Monitoring Bots
Monitoring bots enable you to create passively-monitoring bots that can perform administrative tasks, use context sourced from external resources, and do so in parallel with a live chatbot, agent, and/or additional monitoring bots.
