When the Post Office UK launched a campaign to promote its branches' extending opening hours to Sundays, they knew they needed to leverage the power of social media for broad awareness. At the same time, they knew this would require a strong, dependable social media tool to help them achieve their goals.

The #LoveSundays campaign was a real-time marketing campaign to celebrate everything great about Sundays and LSW was front and center to help the team monitor and respond to fans on social media. With monitoring, the team of agents looked for conversations with keywords and phrases in LSW, and used the tool to respond. The tool also helped the team organize the massive conversations into appropriate queues and manage agent efficiencies by routing to different team members for approvals.


The #LoveSundays campaign was a true success with more than 2 million impressions on Twitter and an increase of 866% in the branch finder page views.
