Welcome to the new Lithium Community!

For the past several months we have been working on a new Lithium digital experience to create a vibrant showcase of our brand whilst simultaneously creating clear paths to content that blend our own community into the overall web experience.

 

There are several improvements and main changes worth noting:

  • Simplified design and navigation to bring clarity to what we do as a company
  • A mobile responsive lithium.com site to easily display information on tablets or other devices
  • Our community will simply be known as the Lithium Community going forward, and can be accessed via community.lithium.com – Make sure to update your bookmarks! And if you don’t get around to it, fear not, any lithosphere.lithium.com URLs will redirect you to the correct area.
  • Community restructure that groups areas and content into clear categories such as "Read our Blogs", “Join the Discussion", "Knowledge & Support"
  • Two new boards for the general public to ask questions about our technology,  exchange their thoughts and expertise or seek advice on social technologies and social strategies & best practices.
  • Merging of the Support and Lithium Social Web knowledge bases with the existing Documentation area to provide a single place for all customers to look for self-help for Community Admin, Studio and Lithium Social Web. (The Developer's Network and REST API docs are still alive and well, where they've always been.)
  • A new Events category where you can stay up to date on upcoming events, and connect with other attendees or browse past content.
  • Updated email address to contact the community management team directly communityhelp@lithium.com

 

We are aware of a few bugs and fixes, which we are working to resolve. We will continue to enhance the user experience  over the next few weeks so please let us know if you have any suggestions
