1. Describe your company and your organization.
Storyblocks is the first unlimited download subscription-based provider of stock video and audio, with over 100,000 customers in the television and video production industry, from NBC to MTV to hobbyists looking to enhance their video projects and productions. We have 160 employees.

2. Why did you choose to invest in Khoros and what was your experience before making the switch from a previous solution or investing in new technology.
We invested in Khoros to support the growth of organic and paid social channels. The tool provided us with the opportunity to improve decision making, enable collaboration, and create process efficiencies. With our previous tool, we had access to limited metrics and difficulty collaborating.

3. What were your goals when investing in Khoros technology and what successes have you already experienced because of the investment? Please include metrics, if possible.
Our goals were to increase organic and paid reach and engagement. Quarter over quarter, paid impressions have increased 46%, paid engagements have increased 13%, and paid traffic has increased 27%. Organic engagements have increased 7% and total channel followers have increased 6%.
