Aurora: Features of the Khoros Salesforce Lightning Connector

The Khoros Salesforce Lightning Connector is available to support the Lightning Experience and to ensure continued compatibility with updates introduced by Salesforce.

The Khoros Salesforce Lightning Connector supports the following features:

User interface redesign

The user interface (UI) has been redesigned, and the look and feel of the complete connector has been updated. The redesign of the UI does not change any of the functionality or workflows. The arrangement of components in a page or the page layout of some pages might have changed as part of this design improvement.

Federated Search Home Page

The Federated Search Home Page has been updated and improved. 

User Details, Metrics and Messages component

Additional information in tooltip format

In the Lightning experience, you can now find additional information about a user or component when you hover over the highlighted text. This information appears in the form of a tooltip and supports rich text and clickable links. For example:

 

Drag-and-drop capability for the Case Record Page

The Lightning experience of Salesforce enables you to drag and drop page components and rearrange them. You can now drag and drop different components while designing your page.
