Great blog thanks for sharing... I agree that real reviews from real people have far much value and backed by a community where you can see the people behind the reviews, their interests and legitimacy is a powerful thing. Would be great to see more Lithium communities use rating and reviews or examples of best practises as its really difficult to see them working in the real world and I've struggled in the past to share a story around this narrative where a review backed by a community is far more powerful than an anonymous one.

Hi, We have a number of ways such as a custom field in their community profile for their phone number, also we can track users who have logged into their billing account, neither offer 100% but together we get to idenitfy a decdent %
