Thanks for sharing those insights! I agree with Mark--I love working with Lithium because I get to share my experience and hear from other communities. I also face internal resistance, and one way I've started to overcome this is to help others see how the community can help them. Through meeting with different teams and understanding their processes they use in their everyday tasks. More often than not, what we've found is that their source of knowledge comes from different places, which can create confusion and frustration. We provide that information in our internal Knowledge Base, which provides one trusted source of information, and helps them see the value of the community. Simple, but it works!
