Hi @nextuser   it sounds like you have a set of very specific requirements - I am not entirely sure what do you mean by "publishing messages on Twitter and Facebook based on triggers from users tracked and happening outside Lithium" which seem to exclude Lithium from the picture and therefore it becomes difficult to understand how we would fit in.   Unless you mean that these are actions are triggered by Lithium users on the Lithium community, but you are tracking them outside Lithium (for example with an analytics tool).   Either way - I think the best way forward here would be to get in touch with your Lithium manager and run these requirements via Professional Services.   Thanks, ...
