@Claudius what kind of question? There isn't any community for Klout, as far as I know. There is a support page located here. And a Klour Twitter handle: @KloutSupport

@niiiiiiiiiik I think this app is retired. The last update was from 2011 ... I'm not sure why it's still listed in the App Store. The Lithosphere (Lithium Community) uses mobile v2 now. The only app Lithium has is for LSW Mobile.

@EricNissan one way to achieve that would be to increase the time to automatically escalate threads from community to LSW and enable manual escalation. When your community manager needs to pass the threads to LSW, he will only have to click on the 'Escalate' button to send it into LSW. In LSW, your agent will be able to respond by private message.

@omare83 You might have seen it already on Lithium community (this one!), we can now integrate the user profile with Klout (check mine), which provide an influencer score. I'm sure it's going to be rolled out to other communities soon ... Klout does have an API, feel free to review it.
