@danielss87do you use the Community Experience survey? One framework for measuring deflection is to take a percentage of the Community visits, wth that percentage coming from specific path through your survey - those that were looking for help, got what they were looking for, and would've contacted you otherwise if they didn't. Highlight - adjusts the url in the address bar (typically adding an anchor point) to load the page at that specific post (basically, "get direct link".

@ComcastJessie do you have the "node options" menu (displayed as "...") on that page? That's where I can select "Delete Tags".

Hey @ComcastJessie nice to see you here! I ran into a similar concern, with users using a phony CS number as a tag. Are you able to access this page? https://[YOUR COMMUNITY URL].com/t5/forums/tagdetailpage/tag-cloud-grouping/tag/tag-cloud-style/frequent/message-scope/all/user-scope/all/tag-scope/all/timerange/all/tag-visibility-scope/public/manage-tags/true You can go through the list of all tags and delete inappropriate ones. -Brien

Great post @ClaudiusH! Personally, I'm focused on #1, getting the organization aligned on the purpose, and potential, of community. Any recommendations for SmartHome communities? I recently installed some Phillips Hue lights, looking to see what other innovative uses are out there.
