I am trying to get a better sense of what Lithium recommends the following ratios should be or what others are using to benchmark? Average minutes to 1st reply < 1200 minutes Topics with First Replies > 75% Topics with Accepted Solution : ?% Average minutes to Accepted Solution >? Thanks!

@LarryI @CarolineS Thank you for the information. I am noticing an issue with the LSI 'All Categories' / 'Members' data. If that is supposed to be pulling member activity across all categories, why wouldn't it show articles posted to a TKB? So when looking across all categories and the data is only showing topics published and replies authored, it really is depicting an accurate activity log across all categories? So is this data only looking for topics posted in forums and replies in forums? This doesn't include blogs or TKBs? I am trying to find a report that shows me a user list that shows, are they posting topics to forums, are they replying, are they authoring solutions, and they contributing to TKBs or Blogs, etc. Are their any User Reports that capture this information?

How come the individual that tagged his/her own post does not have the ability to edit a tag in their post - for example if they misspelled something and want to correct? Can this only strictly be done by a moderator or admin?

We'd like to focus more on Community data in 2019 and don't feel like we have adequate guidance on which metrics we should be looking at. We use our Community as a support mechanism for our customers, so we would like to get a sense of which customers are most active and where. How would you best describe 'activity per user'? Posts in the discussion forums, kudos given, idea submitted, page views? Is there an aggregated view of all this data to show who per user, what they are doing?

@BeckyS @Parshant Yes, both users have been verified. Have you seen customer's email servers blocking emails from being received?
