Enhanced search / federated search appliance -> https://onlinehelp.coveo.com/en/ces/7.0/administrator/lithium_connector.htm We replaced the default search with this, essentially gives you Google like search capabilities. We federate our content from Community, our help platform, our core DotCom website, as well as being in the process of integrating this with our support team in SFDC, allowing them the same power to search/share when assisting customers.

It drives me crazy when I see Lithium themselves admitting these are must-have features, yet the answer is "Go look at this idea from 2009". It's from 2009, let's be real, if it hasn't happened in a decade, why are you still encouraging us to go vote for it?

You likely will need to look to external solutions for search. We implemented Coveo at the start of the year, which provides unlimited customization and reporting capabilities.

For what it is worth - We ended up going with Vimeo - While we don't have a method for users themselves to upload videos, we simply host them all there, they provide a quick iframe code to copy/paste into Lithium, and from there it is seamless with plenty of reporting including started videos / completed videos.

No need for API, Lithium simply hates us and has hidden features and functionality in the most weird places. What you want to do is have Lithium Support enable 'export via CSV' for search - Once enabled, you can use the Lithium search to export nearly ALL content from Community, including all labels/tags and hell, even the entire body of every single piece of content in Community. For teams who don't have the Bulk Data API in use, this is the only way to get data easily out of Community.
