Could someone help me figure out when Autosave kicks in vs when it does not? I believe Autosave is only for posts and replies - not private message... can anyone confirm? Thanks so much!!

In order to grow with our users and incoming messages we made the conscious switch to Khoros for Social Care and start a new adventure with an online Community platform. 2. What was the “before” state? What challenges did you have to overcome? Before for Social Care we were using another 3P that wasn't keeping up with our incoming messages and growing team. While also exploring the world of Online Communities, we decided to sign for both platforms on Khoros. We have had great onboarding and growing experiences with Khoros! 3. What were the results?
