Hi all, Right now, as an Admin, I have the option of tagging myself (and other users) in a comment/reply. However, a new user in the community tries to tag himself in a post and on my end, it looks like he doesn't have the option to tag. I switched users and tried while under his alias/username and he doesn't have the option to tag another user. Do I need to do something in admin to turn this option on for the community? ... Hi all - I'm subscribed to all Knowledge Based articles within our Community. However, when a member wants to contribute to the Knowledge Base and selects 'Request Review' after creating an article, I do not receive any email notification about this. This has been ongoing for quite some time and it hinders the member experience. Is there a functionality in Community Admin that I need to turn on?
