Greetings to all! I'm trying to find out if there is a solution to help my user team see issues that are bubbling up in the community, so they can hopefully see them before they go viral. We monitor pages 24/7, split up in 8-hour shifts, and sometimes issues that are bubbling up don't stand out. So we're hoping that our technology can help support us by sending alerts. Since it's not possible to think of every keyword that could be used, it sounds difficult to set up alerts when these certain unknown keywords are mentioned several times in a short period of time. I'll stop here, but does anyone know if there's a way to do this or have any ideas on how the tool can help teams get in front of issues that are bubbling up in the community before they go viral?
