Thanks Aman, Apologies as I am not a very technical savvy user, but what I get is that we can integrate google reviews (both GMB and app reviews) into Khoros care but it would need our technology team would need to manually integrate the APIs for our business into Khoros.  Am assuming that once we have the API's linked and set up, our frontline team can start responding to reviews of our banking centres etc.  Good to know.
