I agree with Mark--I love working with Lithium because I get to share my experience and hear from other communities.    I also face internal resistance, and one way I've started to overcome this is to help others see how the community can help them. Through meeting with different teams and understanding their processes they use in their everyday tasks. More often than not, what we've found is that their source of knowledge comes from different places, which can create confusion and frustration.
