I posted this in Slack, but this icon is when Gmail identifies an unauthenticated email. I believe that the customer will need to update the SPF record to make this red question mark go away. I have never seen a customer update this avatar to be a logo before, but I imagine this would be controlled by someone on the customer side (likely an IT department) to ensure that the identity of the sender has one.

Hi @Kim_E You can modify the amount of macros a user can use in Admin. Under Users -> Profile Defaults there's a setting called "Maximum number of macros." Regards,

Hi @Wlad_Masi You can add a filter on the Search tab in community analytics. You can read more about that here: https://community.khoros.com/t5/Community-Analytics/Apply-filters-to-Community-Analytics-reports/ta-p/194957 Please note that filters are a bit more limited on the search tab compared to other areas in community analytics, but you can specify a userID and see exactly what that one user has searched for. Hi @Reban there's no "easy" way to do this, but it is possible using a rest call in a URL. https://developer.khoros.com/khoroscommunitydevdocs/docs/get-a-count-or-list-of-users-subscribed-to-a-board As documented here, entering a URL with specific information can result in a list of users subscribed to an area. https://[COMMUNITY DOMAIN]/restapi/vc/boards/id/<board ID>/subscribers/email/board as an example: https://community.khoros.com/restapi/vc/boards/id/technology/subscribers/email/board That would result in seeing the subscribers of this board that we're currently on. However, you'll need specific permissions to do REST API calls in order for the output to work. Not the most ideal scenario, but let me know if that works for you.
