@gelenevuong At this time there is no functionality to be able to search by case number or keyword, I have passed this feedback on to the team to see if we can get it implemented at a later date.

Thank you for flagging this issue to us, our profile plus team have been made aware that connecting a social network to the Klout network on a Lithium community is currently causing issues.
There is a fix in the pipeline for this and we hope to deliver this fix very soon.
