Hello @PaoloT, No I do not have any precise API in mind. The R&D folks here at Orange have managed to grab that data in a web console/service they have developped... I will check how they did it. I was wondering if you managed to do so woth LSW, because I am not using LSW despiste I'm using Lithium communities. And if LSW does that one day... well... that would be one more reason for me to try LSW, and maybe switch to it one day. Best, FR.

Hello, I'am wondering if anybody has already managed to connect LSW to users' comments and questions posted on the Google Play Store (for smartphone Apps). And that way if anobody is answering directly from within LSW to the Google Play Store customer support request. Or at least, does anybody have that need ? I have the same question for Apple AppStore users' comments & questions, but this is a "closed" market place and I'm not sure an App editor can answer users comments there... Tks, FR.
