I wanted to echo @Claudius' suggestions and add a few other things we have done in our community when changes to a product have been announced (as we haven't retired any of our products). Additional steps we have taken include: 1. Update all links referencing the product feature to include information about the product change. 2. Provide links to the retirement announcement thread (mentioned below) for our Social Care team to direct questions/concerns 3. On that note, partner with your Email team (if you can) to include links to the thread for directed feedback Our experience with this has been fairly positive. It helps to streamline conversations, clearly identify themes within customer feedback, and makes it easy to bring these conversations to the table in meetings. We have even had positive feedback from users about having the open forum! I agree also with the feedback about blocking new replies and eventually archiving. This helps keep confusion to a minimum and cleans things up! Best of luck!

Looking in LSI the other day, I noticed a pretty sharp decline in traffic and page views. Like, a 90% decline. When I compared this to what we see in Omniture*, there was no significant impact to that data. Is anyone else seeing anything funky? *I know what you're thinking and, no, this data does not match up to LSI data, but since the trending is pretty much the same between the two systems, it seemed like the most logical place to look!
