Thanks for the comment Rene and sorry for the delayed reply 🙂 Biggest traffic driver was an email marketing campaign to our active customer base "none community users" this really helped bump traffic. Engagement is normally most active with something fun, experts days always go down well in the community and more recently we did 12 days of xmas give away where users would share and discuss pics of their trees, best/worst gift plans for xmas, each day a goody bag of branded stuff like pens, pads etc was randomly giveaway with the one of xmas day containing a £100 amazon voucher. Im normally 100% against cash rewards/incentives and always go for pens, mugs, t-shirts etc but as it was xmas we made a little exception. Saw massive engagement and sharing of images around this activity which was great for the community.
