I'm using an API script to apply roles to users based on their SSO ID and a csv file. I know this worked once upon a time, but now I'm getting the following issue for the API user: User 1106 does not have the following permission(s) at *****: [ bypass_automatic_evaluation, allow_upload_images_without_moderation, allow_upload_images ] That being said, when I look up the permissions for that user - all of them are set to allow. Has anyone else run into this / have ideas of what I might be missing?

I figured out you can do this for each board by going to Admin > Community Structure > select the board > Manage > Features > Labels > Use only predefined labels. However, what I'd like to do is prevent this across the entire community.

I figured out you can *sort of* do this by simply clicking on the tag and selecting Tag Options > Replace this tag everywhere, then naming it the same as the tag you want to merge it with. This doesn't feel efficient to me, but it does have the same result in the end. If someone knows a better way, I'd love to hear it!
