I think active members is also useful, but I'd like to know how many members are on the system in total, and then be able to break them down into active and not active. Is there an easy way to see this or do I need to export to CSV and check the count manually? Hi Hayley -- Let's say you decide an active user is someone that logins to the community during a given time period. You could look in LSI at the Members dashboard to check the member entrances count. The total number of member entrances during a specified period of time. A member entrance is counted the first time a registered user logs in (via Lithium log in or SSO) and views a page after being recognized by the system. The length of the visit and the number of pages viewed has no impact on this metric. Member Entrances (which has been adopted by Omniture, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, and Webtrends) replaces the Login metric. Just remember that LSI limits the number of months of data you can view at one time.
