@SohilMis there an update about this log? We have had the same question for several years now, even from before the threaded option. I hoped that enabling the threaded option would "resolve" this hazard work our moderators have to do. There was a mention that replies no longer have titles. Current situation: now when you edit the top topic title, all reply titles need to be changed manually. If you don't do this, the old title remains alive on the reply level. Resulting in showing the old title in the 'new posts page' or in the bread crumbs when someone replies to a reply with an old title. So you are almost obliged to let the moderators change every reply title as well. Which is a lot of work when there are already pages of replies by the time the moderators are online. The better functionality would be that if a topic title changes, all reply titles change automatically. I know there were already several ideas posted about this one, but so far no good news regarding any changes.

Hello All. I'm trying to come up with a solve for a somewhat annoying situation. We have configured our community instance to request authentication after the user clicks submit (Discussion Styles > Posts & Topics > Settings > Authenticate users). This allows someone that isn't a community member to compose a message before even needing to log in. The problem we've run into with this configuration is that it seems bots sometimes try to post comment spam. They're ultimately prevented from doing so because once submit is clicked, they're redirected to authenticate. However, the post can still generate a filter report if it contains a keyword we're monitoring. The filter report will show up as though the user has deleted their community account (we use the term "Retired"), so there's no way to try to block them since an IP is usually attached to a user. What I'd like to figure out is if there would be a way for the filter report to capture the IP address of the user that generated it, even if that user is not registered. I'm wondering if using something like #${http.request.remoteAddr} (minus the #) would work. I thought it might but then it may just pull the IP of the system generating the report instead of the user. If anyone has insight on how I could either get the IP so I can block it or otherwise solve the situation (other than changing the "authenticate users" settiing) I'd love to hear it 😁

So, yes, if your community uses the Support Theme, a library of customizations built and maintained by Khoros Professional Services, you already have a profile card. It may or may not be useful for you, but if you have some Community coding chops, you can modify it using the instructions from my reply on this thread: https://community.khoros.com/t5/About-Atlas/List-of-Khoros-Community-OOTB-and-Custom-components/tac-p/602892#M134 If you don't have in-house developers, Services can help. If your community does not use the Support Theme, you can still implement a profile card, but you'd have to either build one from scratch or engage Services to help.

@JesseW-GD - Interesting. This seems highly unlikely for an end user to actually get this. If possible, try and confirm the following from the user and on your end: 1. Can you verify this on your end somehow? Trigger the same email and see if you or others get this issue. 2. Is this the only email coming without values for this user or all the emails which he is getting are like this? 3. Was it just a one off chance or does he have a lot of these. Also, when did he first get this. If you get an answer to that, you could start checking in studio if you did make any changes on or around that date in the email templates. If yes, try restoring the email template to default to verify it again. I feel it could either be just a one off issue, which might be at the server level, where the velocity simply missed the values due to lag, no response or server time out etc, but it could only be treated as an issue if it's been happening over and over for this and other users. I hope this helps.
