Hi there, We are furniture company and are considering your tool for social customer service to improve our customer experience in social channels. We use Salesforce to manage all accounts and really want to develop an integration tool between your customer service system and Salesforce. Some mapping fields are: - SKUs - Emails - Twitter account And about 3 fields more we are considering. We want to create a tool by our own and it's something looks like the magento salesforce integration tool we use between Magento & Salesforce (Magento is the platform for our site). So can you tell me what APIs I should call to build this integration between Salesforce & Magento?
