Happily taking on the challenge of community engagement here at Intuit this season Bringing 20+ years of administrative aptitude, care confidence, and technology troubleshooting with me this season I have been the Executive Board Treasurer for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Arizona Chapter for more than a year now in addition to serving as their Social Media Ambassador. Most recently I was the walk Chairperson for the annual Out of the Darkness walk here in October. My first year as a walk chair and with the support of a stellar committee we raised over $70,000. I am a passionate advocate for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. As a Bay Area native transplanted to Tucson, I can appreciate all the conservation and waste reduction efforts implemented here at the site. From the solar panels atop the covered parking to the 3 different cans for each break room, Tucson is an active example to Corporate Responsibility at both site and employee level. I am an avid reader, gamer, lover of dogs, and will choose a live concert over a movie or TV every time. I live for football season (Go Niners!) but I love all contact sports. I believe that altruism is not practiced often enough, and that education is never-ending. I hope to be 80 years old and learning new languages and new skills as well as visiting new places and meeting new people.
