hi @sleslie2017, I am experiencing the same issue, especially when cleaning up the forums and going through dozens of pages.  The only workaround that I use is opening the threads in a new browser tab. hi @MarkAtTruth, In our case, all Admins and Moderators can search for and see user emails. We also have this situation from time to time that one user has 2 or 3 accounts. With Khoros search, it's super easy to look for all them based on the user real name. We don't use private messaging, but sometimes need to contact our Community members through email.
