Hello, We have a user that potentially will leave to another company, and they have all their ranks and responses and they wouldn't want to lose those. Is there any way just to change the company? And not make them create a new account? Thank you so much!

Hello, Yes, I go to a thread and I try to comment there and it opens more. It really expands so i'm finding it odd that it's not working with you. But if you've tried on all browsers than it seems a bug? Could it be?

Hello, I've tested it on my community and here and it seems to be working. Do you think it might be a bug on your browser? Try to restart it maybe and clean all cookies and cache. BR, Adriana

Hello, We have actually suggested to our users to use browser translations when the wanna read in their language! We don't know if they're doing it but because our community is in english, it is something we did! 🙂
