Agent Performance on Mobile: You can now access agent performance anytime, anywhere. Lithium Response enables you to view Agent Performance widgets on your personal and shared dashboards on your mobile devices.
Agent log in/log out data: Lithium Response now features three new columns to the Team Performance Export report:
First Login Time: The date/time the agent first logged in to Lithium Response during the specified time range.
Last Logout Time: The date/time the agent last logged out during the specified time range.
Total Time Logged In (min): The total amount of time the agent was logged in to Lithium Response during the specified time range.
