As mentioned in the title, the Add to Queue function is not working in stage/prod. I've tried building multiple different version and I can never get the Add to Queue button to work. Anyone else having this issue?

The main cause for this is either a change has been made by Lithium Support or Professional Services. Other reasons that can cause this behavior is if the production community is in a maintenance window or if there is an active workflow in progress.
