2 Million reasons we love what we do – Congratulations to all at Skype.

This week we are happy to celebrate with our fantastic friends at Skype.  They hit a big milestone; they officially crossed the 2,000,000 community users mark.  

2 million users.  What an achievement!

A little background:

•       The community is deployed in 11 languages
•       They’ve won 2 Lithy awards and are up for a third this year at LiNC’14
•       Improved their First Contact Resolution by 70% and helped to deliver 10% savings on support costs - http://www.lithium.com/why-lithium/customer-success/skype
