MyIgSource is a community committed to supporting patients & caregivers throughout their journey with a rare, lifelong chronic disease of Primary Immunodeficiency(PI). Launched targeted paid ads to drive awareness of the group and support the community.

2. Share your plan with the target audience and how your digital technology (e.g. social media management platform) helped drive success for the campaign.
Targeting similar groups and used Khoros for our approvals, scheduling and analytics.

3. What were the results? Tell us how it helped you serve customers, protect your brand and/or grow your business (increased subscribers, engagement increase, increased awareness).
We were able to increase engagement and awareness!
