And unfortunately I cannot like this post... So I reply :) Same finding from my side - how can I escalate a case? How can it be, that a case doesn't get any updates for days, when it is about a core function (posts don't get ingested properly) from KC? Will try it now via our CSM. Edit: Seems I had not seen this part: "outage@khoros.com" - so we need to write mails now to escalate. Well then, better than nothing. Thx for the overview. We as a telco company hat (again) the fun fact, that users called us, when Meta platforms went down. So... should we talk about tec-affin people nowadays? 😄 Btw. I like the statement from Benjamin. So true, what he said about authenticity. One suggestion: What about integrating screenshots of new features you're presenting here? I'd be super curious, how the flipside and "reading receipts" thing looks like. So maybe for the next thing, you could either integrate some screenshots or at least link to some kind of press release giving some insights about it. What do you think? Beside that - thanks again for this news, I really appreciate it.
