sherrie, this in AMAZING write-up! Also, THIS: "On our Lithium Community platform, Magento Masters visit 92% more than other members. In the first month of implementing the initiative,Magento Master participation increased by 56% while other members increased participation by 6%." Definitely keeping note of this while delivering our next CMC2 :)
